This is used for mixing your tint/Locks Lash Hybrid Brow Tint. Without this, your tint won't get into the hair and do it's job. It's a very gentle solution that won't irritate your client.

*Not to be used in airbrush machines. Please use a liquid based hydrogen peroxide in airbrush machines*

Use within 6 months of opening.
