Refunds & Exchanges
When it comes to purchasing products, it's important to be aware of the refund and exchange policies in place. At The Salon Supply Co., we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience, which includes a clear and fair process for refunds and exchanges.
Refunds
If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a refund, please contact us at contact@thesalonsupplyco.com.au. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label. It's important to note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate a return and make a separate purchase for the desired item. Once your return is accepted, you can proceed with the new purchase.
Exceptions
While we strive to accommodate all returns and exchanges, there are certain exceptions to be aware of. Perishable goods, such as liquids, disposables, or sharp items, as well as personal care goods like beauty products, cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
